| The morning will consist of riding to a nearby location, and practicing a variety of skills to prepare riders for an afternoon of trail riding. The lunchtime information stations will be a half-hour workshop. Topics to choose from will include: flat tire repair, basic bike maintenance, stretching/conditioning, nutrition, etc.

Clinic Levels:
BEGINNER- minimal on- trail experience, mostly ride on paved/unpaved roads. beginning level of cardiovascular fitness levels.
INTERMEDIATE - some on trail experience. tentative, or pushes bike over steep or rocky sections.
ADVANCED- extensive experience on single track. comfortable riding steeper trails and rocky sections. looking to improve riding skills on more technical terrain, rocky sections, clearing small logs, maneuvering switchbacks.
DOWNHILL-FREERIDE- advanced riders looking to improve bike handling skills, safety and flow over trails. will focus on switchbacks, safe braking and manuevinering techniques, suspension setup, clearing rocks and small logs. focus on building safety, fun, and confidence riding downhill, not about breakneck speed and daring. |
