Easy Login to the System

Sports Base Online offers easy login to its site after you have set up your profile. This can be done either with your USA Cycling License number, or by filling out the profile and then submitting it. From that point forward all that is required is your email address and password.

Event Search

You can use the search feature on Sports Base by just clicking on the search tab and then entering any three letters or numbers in the name of the event, city, or state it is located. The search will bring up any event with those search parameters.

Quick Event Entry

1. You can quickly and easily enter any event once you have logged in and chosen your category. The system will allow you to enter multiple categories and events with one charge using the "Register Me" button and following the prompts on the screen.
2. If you want to register other athletes, simply click on "Register Other." The first time you will be asked to add athletes to your list, from that point on you will be able to register them by checking next to their name. You can register multiple athletes at one time for multiple categories and multiple events. Note: see Team Managers link for more detailed steps.

Secure Processing of Credit and Debit Cards

1. Sports Base Online uses our partner, First National Merchant Solution to process all credit and debit cards. Sports Base Online currently use Entrust Certificate Services to provide a secure site.
2. Athlete profiles and information are protected and never sold or given to any outside source. Information is provided to the promoter of record for each event for all athletes who have registered into that event.
3. Athletes will receive an email receipt/confirmation upon completion of the registration process for their records.

Real Time Registered Athletes List

The "View Registered Athletes" link on each event main page allows you to see who is registered in each category. Athletes are added instantly, once they have been processed through the system.
